EXPERIENCE
You must have one year of specialized experience a level of difficulty and responsibility equivalent to the GS-13 grade level in the Federal service. Specialized experience for this position must include: Analyzing tax administrion issues, legislive and enforcement changes, and program requirements to determine impacts on taxpayer correspondence, communicion products, procedures, and business operions; Developing, revising, or implementing taxpayer correspondence products, policies, procedures, and communicion stregies involving tax law, compliance, account management, and taxpayer service requirements; Conducting comprehensive reviews and analyses of correspondence programs, products, processes, or operions to identify systemic issues, assess impacts and risks, and recommend effective solutions; Applying program management, stregic planning, and process analysis principals to develop or implement new or substantially revised correspondence programs, products, policies, or procedures involving multiple stakeholders or organizions; Communicing technical, policy, or program informion through briefings, written reports, decision documents, proposals, or recommendions to management, stakeholders, or cross-functional organizions; Providing technical guidance and expertise on correspondence, including resolving issues and developing recommendion th support program, policy, or operional decisions.
