Technical Proficiency Full Job Description Role:
Senior Associate in Business Tax Services, focusing on partnership tax compliance and consulting.
Responsibilities:
Provide tax consulting and compliance services to operating partnerships for diverse clients, including Fortune 100 companies, private equity firms, and family offices. Review and ensure quality control on transaction calculations, partner economics, tax distributions, and partnership events throughout their lifecycle. Collaborate within multi-disciplinary teams covering compliance, BTS, SALT, and international M&A, leveraging industry knowledge and technology design. Implement standard processes, apply technical tax knowledge to client scenarios, and contribute to the development of tax practices and technological tools.
Qualifications & Skills:
At least three years of experience in partnership federal and state tax compliance within an accounting firm. Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution. Strong technical aptitude, critical thinking, and proficiency in MS Office and tax software. Excellent verbal and written communication skills to convey complex information effectively. Authorized to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship.
