In this role, you will communicate directly with the IRS, gather and analyze tax information, and support clients throughout the tax resolution process. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive and able to manage multiple cases in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Initiate outbound calls to the IRS to obtain information regarding clients' tax matters. Request and obtain IRS transcripts, notices, and other required documentation on behalf of clients. Prepare accurate, organized reports outlining clients' tax issues and recommended next steps. Manage multiple client cases while ensuring timely follow-up and completion of assigned tasks. Collaborate with Tax Professionals, Sales, and other internal departments to support case progression. Maintain accurate records and update client information in the company's CRM system.
Qualifications Required:
Active IRS PTIN and CAF authorization. 1-2 years of experience using a tax-related CRM. Strong proficiency with Google Workspace (G Suite) and Microsoft Office. Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking skills. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Quick learner with the ability to adapt to changing procedures and priorities.

Schedule:
Monday through Friday, 8-hour shifts (approximately 40 hours per week). Additional hours may be required as needed.
