• Tax Consultant Senior
• is responsible for ensuring that tax compliance matters are timely and accurately addressed for assigned company entities. Additionally, this position ensures that income and other tax liabilities are properly reflected and disclosed in financial statements.
• How You Will Make an Impact
• Primary duties may include, but are not limited to: + Prepares federal and state income tax returns in accordance with applicable tax laws.

+ Prepares tax provisions and assists in the preparation of related tax disclosures for statutory or Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) financial statements. + Prepares miscellaneous state and local tax filings. + Assists in the research and analysis of tax developments and their application to specific business situations. + Assists or lead in other tax department activities, including projects, research, and tax examinations.

• Minimum Requirements:

• Requires BA/BS in accounting and a minimum of 4 years of corporate tax experience, either within industry or public accounting; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.

• Preferred Skills, Capabilities, and Experiences:

• + Experience in multistate taxation including preparing group and consolidated state tax returns.

+ Demonstrated ability to leverage tax technology, data analytics, AI-enabled tools, or process improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy. + Prior experience in a large corporate tax department or public accounting firm. + CPA or CPA-eligible preferred. _For candidates working in person or virtually in the below locations, the salary

• range for this specific position is $84,840 to $133,320.
