Job Description

Jones Day's Atlanta office seeks a 3-5 year associate with a strong background in tax and demonstrated interest or experience in litigation to join Jones Day's Tax Controversy & Litigation Practice. The position offers the opportunity to work on sophisticated federal and state tax disputes, including large corporate matters, valuation disputes, and transfer pricing disputes. The position will also include assisting other departments of the firm with regards to tax implications of transactional and litigation matters. This role is ideal for a candidate with who combines technical tax knowledge with strong advocacy skills and a desire to litigation complex, high stakes-tax disputes.
