full-time Experienced Senior Tax Associate - Public Accounting Hybrid There's a reason people stay here. You'll be joining a collaborative team of around 35 people, led by six partners (majority women led). Leadership here is visible, approachable, and genuinely invested in developing their people, whether that's growing as a Senior or working toward a future leadership role. The Tax team supports a broad mix of clients across manufacturing, construction, family offices, and a smaller number of not-for-profit 990s. The work is primarily flow-through focused, with some corporate exposure. As an experienced Senior, your role will lean heavily into review (around 60-70%), with responsibility for overseeing work prepared by juniors while remaining hands-on with more complex areas. There's also the opportunity to support the SALT function. They have a dedicated SALT Manager and there is an option to bring someone in underneath them, so any prior state and local tax exposure would be a real plus, though not essential. You'll have - Direct client exposure from day one and be encouraged to build relationships rather than staying behind the screen. Partner track is available here for those who want it, but equally this is a firm that values strong Seniors who want to stay technical and influential. They use Lacerte, SurePrep, and Canopy workflow. A CPA isn't required yet, but you do need to be actively working toward it to progress long term. You're rewarded for your hard work with overtime paid based on realization, a yearly growth plan bonus, half-day Fridays in the summer, and 30 days PTO.
