PROGRAM OVERVIEW
- Coaching & collaboration: Receive one-on-one mentorship from a dedicated Performance Coach who will provide guidance, feedback, throughout your internship and make you feel like part of the team!
- Professional development: Engage in talent development workshops focused on key professional skills to build your confidence and learn what makes a successful Lockton Associate.
- Sessions with leadership: Participate in Meet Your Leaders sessions with direct access to senior leadership who will share insights into Lockton's business, trends, and their own career journeys.
Networking:
Building meaningful professional relationships through networking opportunities with Lockton Associates, leaders, and fellow interns.EXPERIENTIAL LEARNING
- Real work, real impact: You'll be embedded within Lockton's tax team collaborating on various hands-on projects. These projects include interacting with internal clients while conducting research and preparing a variety of reports, presentations and communications.
- Collaborative problem solving: In groups of 2-3 interns, you'll tackle a real-world challenge facing Lockton and the insurance industry. You'll present your findings and recommendations to Lockton leadership at the end of the program.
- Experiential learning: You'll explore different specialty areas of our business through presentations and networking opportunities, while gaining exposure to potential career paths within Lockton and the industry.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- Currently enrolled college students scheduled to graduate December 2027 or May 2028
- Student studying Accounting, Finance, or other related fields
- Knowledge of accounting practices and terminology
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment
- Strong verbal, written, interpersonal, and analytical skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States on a permanent basis without the need for current or future visa sponsorship now or at any time in the future Ready to gain hands-on experience, expand your professional network, and make a real impact?
