From preparing returns to reviewing and guiding at more experienced stages, you'll be hands-on and client-facing. Primary Responsibilities Learns and assists tax professionals under direction of Seniors, Supervisors, Manager, Senior Managers, and Partners. Becomes familiar with the firm's policies and procedures including tax return preparation and procedures, including documentation and processing. Keeps current on technical issues and learns to apply them to client circumstances. Becomes proficient in the use of the various software programs used by the firm. Also becomes familiar with research tools used by the firm. Learns to prepare and process client tax returns. Education, Experience, + Certifications Pursuing a bachelor's degree in accounting from a four-year college or university Zero (0) to Two (2) years of related experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience HTB is an equal opportunity employer.
