Responsibilities include:
Preparing and reviewing tax returns including: 1040 1041 1120 / 1120S 1065 Estate & trust returns Working directly with clients across a variety of industries Assisting with tax planning and client advisory work Reviewing returns for accuracy and identifying opportunities for improvement Collaborating closely with firm leadership and team members This role offers excellent exposure and the ability to continue building your technical skillset beyond simple compliance work. What They're Looking For 3+ years of public accounting tax experience Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field CPA eligible, actively pursuing CPA, or EA preferred Experience preparing and reviewing a variety of return @types Strong generalist tax background Experience with CCH Axcess or ProSystems is a plus Team-oriented mindset and strong communication skills Compensation & Benefits Compensation $70,000 - $95,000 base salary DOE Year-end bonus potential Benefits Include Excellent health insurance Vision & dental coverage 401(k) Paid licensure/exam fees Strong PTO package Flexible, supportive work environment Real Work-Life Balance This firm believes great professionals shouldn't have to sacrifice their entire personal lives to succeed in public accounting.
