$95,000$105,000 base salary + annual bonus

Client-facing growth:
Build confidence and credibility working directly with clients (not stuck in the background forever). Variety + skill-building: Work across corporate, partnership, trust, and individual returns which is ideal if you want broader reps than a narrow book of business. Responsibilities Prepare corporate, partnership, trust, and individual income tax returns Support tax planning for corporate and individual clients Assist with federal and state tax notice resolution Conduct tax research and support special projects Provide bookkeeping support as needed Support management with additional duties as assigned Credentials Bachelors degree required (Accounting) CPA license preferred; CPA candidates strongly welcomed Advanced degree preferred Required Qualifications 3 - 5 years of public or private tax accounting experience Ability to manage multiple client engagements and deadlines Strong communication skills (written + verbal) Organized, detail-oriented, and client-focused Working knowledge of: QuickBooks ProSystem fx Tax Advanced in Excel There are no costs for candidates utilizing our services as our clients pay for all related hiring fees.
