A Tax Specialist is responsible for documenting all stages of the accounting cycle in order to prepare Federal, State and local tax returns. Will review data prior to preparing the returns, prepare and file returns and will also provide background documentation in case of an audit.

We are looking for an experienced tax accountant to come in and do prep work, some simple review (or start reviewing), and work directly with clients on their needs. We want a motivated individual who wants to grow with our firm and work with a wide array of clients.
What you need3+ Years in Public AccountingCPA or EA is a huge plus!
Experience in Business and Individual Tax Privately Held BusinessesHNWIs, Partnerships, s-corps, trust & estate, some c-corpsClients generating ($1 million - $25 million in annual revenue)What's In It for YouCompetitive base pay ($75k - 100k) DOEAnnual BonusFlexible hours and scheduling (part time available!)Path to Partner401k with 5% matchProfit SharingCompany events, ballgames and more

We are a collaborative group who want to work with other people who love public accounting. We know that the busy season hours can be a lot so we will allow you to customize your schedule and cap your hours between 40-60 hours in busy seasons. Outside of busy seasons the expectation is around 35-40 hours a week.
