Job Summary You will be a key member of Belden's global tax team, supporting a dynamic multinational organization. In this role, you will contribute to U.S. international tax compliance and reporting, assist with U.S. international components of the tax provision, and help drive process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and quality. This position offers a defined growth path, with opportunities for advancement based on performance and business needs. This position will report into the St.

Louis office on a Hybrid schedule. Responsibilities Ensure accurate and timely preparation, review, and filing of U.S. international tax returns (Forms 5471, 8858, 8865, 1120F) and related documentation, stay current on applicable U.S. international tax rules. Partner with Accounting, Finance, and other internal teams to gather, validate, and reconcile the data required for U.S. international tax compliance and reporting. Review and convert financial results into standardized tax package formats. Assist with the preparation of the U.S. International components of Belden's worldwide tax provision, including foreign tax credit projections and the forecast of subpart F, Net CFC Tested Income, FDDEI, and BEAT. Lead continuous improvement initiatives for U.S. international tax compliance processes and leverage tax technology to enhance efficiency. Provide technical guidance and training to local tax package preparers on U.S. international tax compliance matters. Identify and resolve the U.S. international tax compliance issues, risks, and discrepancies. Research, as needed, on technical tax matters and maintain documentation to support tax positions. Maintain and administer the tax depreciation of fixed assets for U.S. international entities and calculate/reconcile book-to-tax depreciation differences. Qualifications Must have a minimum of 2-4 years of tax compliance experience at a public accounting firm or a U.S. multi-national company. International tax compliance experience is a plus. Bachelor's in accounting or Tax and CPA certification preferred. Self-starting, proven team player capable of prioritizing own work and/or problems simultaneously and used to working in a fast-changing environment. Structured, organized individual who is capable of successfully handling multiple tasks and quickly grasping complicated situations. Requires excellent analytical, research and communication skills, both written and oral. Pay:
$80,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
