We're looking for someone who enjoys the complete tax engagement process, from planning and preparation to review, filing, research, client communication, and resolution of complex tax matters. You'll have the opportunity to work directly with clients, tackle challenging multistate tax issues, and see engagements through from start to finish.

Compensation CPA:

$95,000 - $125,000 annually (DOE) Potential hiring bonus for exceptional candidates. What You'll Do Prepare and review individual, corporate, partnership, and trust tax returns Manage multistate tax compliance engagements Research complex tax issues and provide practical client-focused solutions Partner with clients on tax planning opportunities throughout the year Respond to tax notices and assist with audit support Mentor developing tax professionals and contribute to team success Build trusted relationships through proactive communication and service What You Bring Active Montana CPA license Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field 3+ years of complex tax experience Strong federal and multistate taxation Excellent communication, organization, and client-service skills Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment Why Join Us?
