3005089852-2 Apply for this job now Job Description Constellation Brands is seeking a Tax Intern to join our manufacturing-focused beverage portfolio in a dynamic, performance-driven environment. In this role, you will support the tax team with federal and state compliance, including data gathering, reconciliations, and preparation of workpapers and schedules. You will assist with tax research, help maintain calendars and documentation for audits, and collaborate with finance and accounting partners. Responsibilities Assist with preparation of federal and state income, sales, and excise tax filings for a global beverage portfolio Gather, reconcile, and analyze financial data from ERP and accounting systems to support tax calculations Help prepare workpapers, schedules, and documentation for tax provision and compliance audits Support research on tax law changes affecting the beverage and manufacturing industry and summarize findings Assist with maintaining tax calendars, filing schedules, and process documentation to ensure timely compliance Collaborate with finance, accounting, and operations teams to resolve data issues and improve tax reporting accuracy Use Excel and tax software to perform calculations, reconciliations, and variance analyses Support continuous improvement projects in the tax function, including automation and standardization of reports Prepare presentations and summaries for internal stakeholders on tax findings and status updates Maintain organized digital files and ensure confidentiality and accuracy of sensitive financial information Required Skills Tax compliance support Financial data analysis US federal and state tax knowledge Excel (pivot tables, lookups) Tax research and documentation Workpaper preparation ERP/financial systems familiarity GAAP basics Written and verbal communication Attention to detail and organization
