What You'll Do-Prepare and review federal, state, and local tax returns for individuals, partnerships, S corporations, and corporations-Perform tax research and assist with complex tax issues-Identify tax planning opportunities and provide thoughtful recommendations to clients-Communicate directly with clients to gather information and resolve tax questions-Assist with tax projections, estimates, and year-end planning-Review work prepared by staff accountants and provide coaching and guidance-Manage multiple engagements and meet established deadlines-Collaborate with partners, managers, and other members of the tax teamWhat We're Looking For-Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field-3+ years of public accounting tax experience-Strong knowledge of federal and state tax regulations-Experience preparing and/or reviewing individual and business tax returns-Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills-Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment-CPA license or active pursuit of the CPA is preferredWhy Join Us?-Opportunity for career growth and advancement-Direct exposure to clients and senior leadership-Collaborative and supportive team environment-Variety of tax work across individual and business clients-Opportunity to take on increasing responsibility and develop leadership skills-Competitive compensation and benefits
