Intern, Finance Tax Intern About the Role Ricoh USA, Inc. is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Tax Co-op to join our Corporate Tax team. This is an excellent opportunity for a college student to gain hands-on experience in tax accounting and compliance while contributing to process automation and improvement initiatives. The role requires adaptability to new tools and strong data analysis skills, making it ideal for students eager to learn and innovate. Responsibilities Assist with preparation and review of federal, state, and local tax filings. Support tax compliance and provision processes, including data gathering and analysis. Perform research on tax regulations and assist with documentation. Maintain tax records and ensure accuracy in data entry. Collaborate on process automation and improvement projects, requiring quick learning of new technologies. Contribute to data analysis for tax-related projects and process enhancements. Qualifications Currently enrolled as a junior or senior in college, pursuing a degree in Accounting, Economics, Finance, or Information Systems, with a minimum GPA of 3.0. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ability to learn new technologies quickly. Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Preferred Skills Strong data analytical skills; experience with data analysis tools or ERP systems is a plus. Familiarity with accounting and tax concepts or prior coursework in related fields.
