We are looking for a detail-oriented Tax Analyst to support an organization located in West Chester, PA. We are seeking a detail-oriented Tax Analyst to support tax compliance, reporting, and planning activities. This role is responsible for preparing tax filings, researching tax regulations, analyzing financial data, and helping ensure compliance with federal, state, and local tax requirements. Prepare and review tax returns, workpapers, and supporting documentation.
Assist with federal, state, and local tax compliance and reporting. Research tax laws and regulations and summarize findings for internal stakeholders. Analyze financial records to identify tax implications and potential risks. Support tax audits and respond to notices from taxing authorities. Collaborate with accounting and finance teams on tax-related matters. Help improve tax processes, documentation, and internal controls. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
1+ years of tax, accounting, or finance experience preferred. Knowledge of corporate, partnership, sales and use, or indirect tax concepts is a plus. Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and accounting or tax software. Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
