Business Tax SpecialistJob Overview We are seeking an experienced Business Tax Specialist to prepare and manage federal and Connecticut business tax returns for a diverse client base. The ideal candidate has strong hands-on experience with corporations, S corporations, partnerships, LLCs, and nonprofit organizations, along with a solid understanding of payroll, sales tax, and business accounting. Responsibilities Prepare and file federal and Connecticut business tax returns, including: Form 1120
- C Corporations Form 1120-S
- S Corporations Form 1065
- Partnerships and multi-member LLCs Form 990
- Nonprofit organizations Schedule K-1s Prepare Connecticut business tax filings, sales and use tax returns, and payroll tax filings.
