The search division recruits highly skilled professionals for Contract and Permanent positions. We service our clients primarily in the NYC Metro area as well nationally through our AAFA and NPA networks. Our SaaS client in NYC is looking for an experienced Tax Senior to assist with their Federal and state income tax compliance, provision and tax controversy functions . This is a hybrid position requiring this person to be in the office 3 days a week. This is a great opportunity for a talented tax senior looking to take their career to the next level with an industry leading company working side by side with some of the most talented tax professional in the country.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Prepare and review Federal and State income tax returns and extensions. Calculate tax provision on a quarterly and annual basis Calculate federal and state quarterly estimated tax payments. Respond to IRS and state notices, as well as manage Federal & state audits. Take an active part in tax planning & research projects from a Federal & state prospective. Stay current on any new tax law changes and legislation.
REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance CPA/MST preferred Big4/National public accounting or public/private background Minimum of 4 years corporate tax compliance experience Proficient with Tax software and Office Suite
