Job Description
We are small two professional CPA firm looking for a CPA (or CPA candidate) with public accounting tax or audit experience to join our team in Carlsbad, NM. We prefer onsite but can also work a hybrid model with someone in this geographic area. We are a traditional tax and audit firm. We only perform not-for profit (no governmental) and ERISA audits. Candidate must be committed to quality. We are willing to work with candidates with varying levels of experience, from 1 years to 5+. Responsibilities and compensation will depend on experience level. We provide a friendly no drama work environment. We work hard and efficiently to minimize overtime. This is a great opportunity for the right candidate. This position would be on the fast track to ownership.
