An International Tax Analyst is responsible for documenting international components of an international organization's income tax return. Responsible for gathering and reviewing foreign income tax returns filed by foreign subsidiaries or branches of the organization. Will assist with the computation of earnings and profits and tax pools. May provide tax advice on international transactions and respond to tax questions raised by international operations.

Job Description

Seeking an International Tax Strategy Analyst to join our International Tax Strategy & Special Projects team. This newly created role is ideal for a tax professional with experience in U.S. federal and international taxation who is looking to expand into strategic tax planning and global tax policy initiatives. Reporting to the Director of International Tax Strategy, you will support global tax planning projects, coordinate cross-functional Tax and Treasury initiatives, assist with international tax strategy execution, and contribute to global tax policy and special projects. This position is comparable to a Senior Associate level at a Big Four public accounting firm.
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution. Minimum of 2 years of U.S. federal and/or international tax or accounting experience OR an advanced degree with at least 1 year of U.S. federal/international tax or accounting experience. Strong understanding of U.S. international tax principles and corporate taxation. Excellent analytical, research, and problem-solving skills. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without current or future employer sponsorship. Ability to travel up to 10%. Master's degree in Taxation or Accounting. CPA or CPA candidate. Big Four public accounting experience. Experience supporting multinational corporations. Knowledge of international tax provisions such as GILTI, Subpart F, FTCs, BEAT, and OECD Pillar Two initiatives. Experience with tax research tools and Microsoft Excel. This role will sit HYBRID in
