Remote Tax Analyst (Workday)

Job Description We are seeking a highly skilled Tax Analyst Consultant with deep expertise in Workday HCM/Payroll and ADP SmartCompliance. The ideal candidate will bring 2-3 years of hands-on Workday tax experience, including strong proficiency in EIB creation, off-cycle input processing, and tax amendments. This role is critical in ensuring payroll tax compliance, performing accurate reconciliations, and supporting clients with prior-year tax issues, process stabilization, and remediation efforts in a fully remote environment.
