The Opportunity:
A respected public accounting firm specializing in tax and advisory services for small to mid-market businesses seeking a leadership-ready tax professional. This position offers a clear partnership track for the right candidate who is looking to grow with the firm and make a meaningful impact. Comprehensive tax and advisory role with leadership responsibilities Focus on business returns and small business clients Work directly with Partners, Clients, and less-tenured staff Excellent work-life balance with flexible time and a respect for autonomy Competitive compensation plus comprehensive benefits The Ideal Candidate 3-5+ years of public accounting tax experience Strong technical tax background Experience with: Corporate taxation Partnership taxation Individual taxation High-net-worth individuals Estate & Trust taxation Multi-state taxation Experience managing client relationships Consulting or advisory experience is a plus CPA preferred (EA or CPA-track candidates also considered) Experience with UltraTax is a plus The Client Base Staff work with a diverse portfolio including: High-net-worth individuals Partnerships Trusts & Estates Small and mid-sized privately held businesses Professional services Manufacturing & Distribution Construction Real Estate Hospitality Approximately 35 nonprofit organizations What Makes This Firm Different?
