You can learn loads, get exposure to different clients and have people around you who actually take the time to explain things. Or you can get really, really good at preparing the same returns. This firm is much more the first one. You'll work across a mix of clients and get plenty of exposure to the Partners rather than barely knowing who they are. They want you involved, asking questions and gradually taking on more as you get better. You're not expected to know everything already. That's rather the point. If you're working towards your CPA, you'll have support with that too. The firm is growing, so there's plenty of room to build your career here. Whether that eventually means Senior, Manager, Partner or something else entirely can be figured out later. Hybrid working is normal and they're open to people coming from different sized CPA firms. You don't need ten years of experience. You do need some public accounting experience, a willingness to learn and ideally CPA ambitions.
