This role offers the opportunity to prepare and review tax returns while partnering with wealth advisors to deliver proactive tax planning and comprehensive financial guidance. The ideal candidate is technically strong, client focused, and looking to continue growing as a trusted advisor while working in a supportive, team oriented environment.
Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and review tax returns for individuals, businesses, and trusts with accuracy and attention to detail
  • Partner with tax, accounting, and wealth management professionals to deliver proactive tax planning and integrated client solutions
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through exceptional communication, responsiveness, and trusted advisory services
  • Conduct tax research, stay current on changing tax regulations, and identify opportunities to strengthen client outcomes
  • Contribute to business development initiatives, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement across the firm
Qualifications and Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field preferred
  • CPA or EA certification, or actively pursuing certification
  • Three or more years of progressive public accounting experience
  • Strong understanding of individual and passthrough entity taxation, GAAP, and federal and multi state tax regulations
  • Experience with client relationship management and proficiency with CCH Axcess, Engagement, or similar tax software is preferred
