Responsibilities:
- Prepare and review tax returns for individuals, businesses, and trusts with accuracy and attention to detail
- Partner with tax, accounting, and wealth management professionals to deliver proactive tax planning and integrated client solutions
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through exceptional communication, responsiveness, and trusted advisory services
- Conduct tax research, stay current on changing tax regulations, and identify opportunities to strengthen client outcomes
- Contribute to business development initiatives, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement across the firm
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field preferred
- CPA or EA certification, or actively pursuing certification
- Three or more years of progressive public accounting experience
- Strong understanding of individual and passthrough entity taxation, GAAP, and federal and multi state tax regulations
- Experience with client relationship management and proficiency with CCH Axcess, Engagement, or similar tax software is preferred
