THE OPPORTUNITY

We are seeking Tax Seniors ready to take the next step in their careers. This role is a great fit for motivated, technically skilled professionals who want to work directly with clients, build their expertise, and grow within a firm that genuinely invests in its people.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Prepare corporate, partnership, trust, and individual income tax returns Perform tax planning for corporate and individual clients Assist with the resolution of federal and state tax notices Conduct tax research and support special projects Provide bookkeeping services as required Support management with additional duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS BSBA

in Accounting CPA candidate; advanced degree preferred 3-5 years of experience in public accounting Ability to manage multiple client engagements and meet deadlines Excellent written and verbal communication skills Organized, detail-oriented, and client-focused Experience with QuickBooks, ProSystem fx Tax, Microsoft Word and Excel

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

In compliance with Massachusetts law, CRR is committed to pay transparency. The base salary range for this position is $85,000 - $105,000 per year.
