Position OverviewWe are seeking a motivated Tax Senior to join our dynamic team. This is a hybrid position offering excellent work-life flexibility, combining remote work with in-office collaboration at our Fort Lauderdale office. You will lead tax compliance, planning, and preparation for a diverse portfolio of clients, including high-net-worth individuals, corporations, and partnerships.
Salary and BenefitsSalary Range:
$80,000 - $105,000 per year (commensurate with experience)

CPA exam support and continuous professional developmentKey ResponsibilitiesPrepare and review complex federal and state tax returns for individuals, partnerships, and corporations.
Identify tax planning opportunities and research complex tax issues to provide actionable client solutions.
Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and building strong relationships.
Guide, mentor, and review the work of junior tax associates.
Assist with IRS and state tax audits, notices, and correspondence.
QualificationsExperience:
3+ years of public accounting tax experience.
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
License:
CPA license or active progress toward obtaining a CPA is highly preferred.
Skills:
Proficiency with tax software (e.g., UltraTax, ProSystem fx, or CCH Axcess).
Location:
Must reside within commuting distance of the Fort Lauderdale, FL metro area.
