Retrieve, organize, and analyze financial data from global ERP systems to support tax provisioning, tax reporting, transfer pricing calculations, and compliance processes.
Conduct preliminary research on domestic and international tax regulations or changes in tax law, summarizing findings for senior team members.
Assist with gathering financial records and organizing files to support responses to queries and audits from various tax authorities.
A background in a Big Four firm or consulting, with an interest in moving into an industry role.
Experience in the food, beverage, manufacturing, consumer goods, or food service industries.
An indirect tax, sales and use tax, or broader tax generalist background.

West Chester, Pennsylvania (Hybrid) Role OverviewWe are seeking a detail-oriented Tax Specialist to join our tax department. In this role, you will gain hands-on experience across multiple tax disciplines, including corporate compliance and financial reporting. This position offers a growth opportunity to work closely with the Tax Manager and have visibility as the team develops and expands. Key ResponsibilitiesAssist outsourced compliance partners in the preparation of federal, state, and local corporate income tax returns, and sales and use tax returns, ensuring accurate data collection.Retrieve, organize, and analyze financial data from global ERP systems to support tax provisioning, tax reporting, transfer pricing calculations, and compliance processes.

Required QualificationsEducation:
A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred.Experience:
1 to 2 years of hands-on tax experience, ideally in corporate or income tax. Experience should be practical and not limited to internships.Technical Skills:
Strong skills in Microsoft Excel are required. Experience with SAP, Avalara, or Vertex is highly relevant. Preferred QualificationsCPA or CMI certification.A background in a Big Four firm or consulting, with an interest in moving into an industry role.
