Tax Manager:
Oversee and manage a team of highly motivated staff accountants and tax accountants Provide tax compliance and consulting services to a diverse client base Oversee complex tax projects across a variety of clients and industries Build and maintain professional relationships to help grow the firm's network and client base Provide timely and thorough evaluations and mentoring for staff accountants Serve as a hands-on leader and trusted advisor Experience/Qualifications for theTax Manager:
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field Master's Degree in Taxation (highly desirable) Active CPA license 5+ years of proven public accounting experience in a tax supervisory role Strong ability to utilize technology to enhance client service Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop team members Strong multitasking and organizational abilities Excellent verbal and written communication skillsCompensation and Benefits:
