Job Description

Shad and His team at Robert Half is working with a publicly held client that is seeking a highly motivated Lead Analyst, Tax to serve as a key technical contributor within the Accounting and Tax organization. This position is responsible for researching, evaluating, planning, and documenting tax positions across federal, state, and international jurisdictions. The role will also lead transfer pricing documentation efforts, monitor OECD Pillar Two developments, and support strategic tax planning initiatives.
Key ResponsibilitiesMonitor federal, state, and international tax legislation and regulatory developments and assess business impacts.
Research and analyze complex federal and state income tax issues and prepare technical tax memoranda.
Evaluate indirect tax matters, including sales and use tax and property tax.
Lead the preparation and maintenance of transfer pricing documentation for cross-border intercompany transactions.
Monitor and support OECD Pillar Two (GloBE) compliance, including data collection, calculations, documentation, and planning initiatives.
Partner with Accounting, FP&A, Treasury, Legal, and other business functions to evaluate tax implications of:
Business initiativesFinancing transactionsCorporate restructuringsAcquisitions and divestituresJoint ventures and strategic projectsSupport federal and state tax audits and examinations.
Drive special projects, process improvements, and technical research initiatives.
Assist with the development and enhancement of tax processes, controls, and documentation.
