Job Description:
Truity Partners is supporting a manufacturing client in West Allis, WI with their search for a Part-Time Tax Analyst. This is a temporary opportunity expected to continue through December 2026, with a strong likelihood of extension into mid-2027. The position averages approximately 20 hours per week (typically 15-25 hours depending on workload) and is 100% onsite. Compensation is estimated at $35-$45 per hour based on experience.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Gather and analyze financial data to support corporate tax compliance Assist with Sales & Use Tax filings, reconciliations, and audit support Support U.S. and Canadian tax reporting and related financial analysis Utilize SAP and Excel to prepare reports and organize tax information Assist with special tax and accounting projects as needed
REQUIREMENTS
Associate's degree in Accounting required; Bachelor's degree preferred Three or more years of accounting experience preferred Corporate tax experience required Experience with SAP or a similar ERP system is preferred Advanced Microsoft Excel skills Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
