Duties Provides data entry and customer service in the assessment of real and personal property. Determines exemptions for property tax assessment. Obtains documentation and information from property owners. Enters data into computer such as exemptions, change of address, and contact information. Ability to communicate effectively with the public in person and by telephone in a positive and pleasant manner. Excellent attention to detail coupled with analysis skills for account reconciliation and error resolution.
