Job Description
Full-Time Receptionist / Client Services Coordinator We are seeking a professional, organized, and customer-focused Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for our clients. This position is critical to creating a positive client experience while supporting the daily operations of our tax office. The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, comfortable working with confidential information, and enjoys helping people.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome clients and create a friendly, professional first impression
- Answer incoming phone calls and assist clients with questions regarding appointments and tax document requirements
- Schedule and confirm appointments for tax preparation services
- Collect, organize, and track client tax documents
- Assist clients with intake forms and office procedures
- Maintain accurate client records and update information in our software systems
- Process incoming mail, emails, and office correspondence
- Support tax preparers and administrative staff with daily office tasks
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception area
Qualifications:
- Previous receptionist, administrative, or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency with computers, Microsoft Office, and office technology
- Ability to handle confidential financial information with discretion
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Experience in a tax, accounting, legal, banking, or financial services office is a plus
