Under direction of the manager in a Grade II field office, the incumbent performs tasks in an environment which routinely requires a calm, courteous, and tactful approach in providing customer service. The incumbent interacts respectfully and effectively with supervisors, peers, other departmental employees, and supporting agencies, contributing to the overall efficiency and productivity of the office. The amount of time performing certain tasks may vary based on the needs of the office. All eligible candidates may apply; however, hiring preference will be given to eligible permanent intermittent MVRs based on seniority within the above designated geographical/organizational area. Post and Bid applicants are required to submit a State application (STD 678) marked with "Post and Bid" and this bulletin number.
