Must be able to work within the following hours: Monday - Friday, 7:00am - 6:30pm with 1 hour for lunch (40 hour work week) Must be able to work 1 or 2 Saturday's per month as needed with the following Monday off Job requires sitting at a desk for long periods of time with occasional walking Job requires working on a computer Must have knowledge of ADP computer program Must have knowledge of CDK computer system Must have knowledge of Bentley/RR warranty procedures Must have the ability to learn and use the labor time guide Must have the ability to converse with technicians in order to book warranty claims Must have the ability to enter basic warranty claims in Bentley/RR system
