Responsibilities and Requirements:

Develop collections methods that consistently lead to achieving or exceeding individual and team goals Work closely with team members to create ways to increase revenue and find success as a group Click to dial with your personal dialer system Reach 400 people per day between inbound calls from automated dialer and your own effort from clicking phone numbers Answer calls from a fast paced dialer Must be FDCPA compliant Qualifications and Skills

• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• 3rd party collections experience highly preferred
• Ability to obtain daily, weekly, and monthly goals' Paid Training Offered for the right candidate
