Job Description

We are seeking a friendly, detail-oriented customer service expert with excellent attendance and a heart for helping our customers in a full-time role assisting with driver licenses and motor vehicle registration and titling. Our goal is to change the narrative about visiting a license office. Our customers want to have a respectful, kind interaction with us each and every time they make contact. The right candidate must enjoy a fast-paced environment for this to be a good fit, and we are looking for a team member who has been able to stick with a past job for a few years. Typing skills required. Fun coworkers, fixed schedule. This position is working for a license office contractor to the Department of Revenue. Background check and tax compliance required. Past license office or Missouri title experience preferred. Must pass background check and demonstrate full tax compliance. CGB Holdings offers bonus opportunities 26 times per year.
Responsibilities:
Provide exceptional customer service by assisting clients with inquiries and processing title and license applications. Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently to maintain up-to-date records. Utilize effective communication skills to address customer concerns and provide solutions. Handle phone calls professionally, ensuring a positive experience for all clients. Collaborate with team members to enhance service delivery and streamline operations. Maintain a thorough understanding of title and licensing procedures and requirements to assist clients effectively. Excellent attendance is a must.
