Job Description

Summary:
The Customer Accounts Manager manages the Renewals Department, which is responsible for the renewal payment process. Responsible for achieving company goals in revenue, renewals, and write-off percentages.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Acquisition and Maintenance of Customers Protect Company assets Direct immediate contact with all Customers who have not renewed their lease agreement(s), both in the field and on the phone First up to help set and achieve daily, weekly, and monthly revenue and renewal goals Act as a Customer counselor who resells the benefits of timely lease agreement renewal payments Monitor and recommend payment frequency and renewal-date changes to the General Manager based on a Customer's payment history Document all Customer appointments and maintain updated Customer information in the store computer system Monitor the accuracy of Customer classifications according to Customer payment history and habits Recommend the use of components from the Account Tool Belt to the General Manager for endorsement Supervise, develop, and schedule the activities of Customer Account Advisers Responsible for closing lease agreements per policy as second up to the GM Update renewals goal board daily Facilitate returns authorized by GM Clean and certify merchandise in the Quality Assurance Center for all items personally returned Safely operate company vehicle Complete and maintain truck maintenance sheet weekly and route sheets daily Other tasks as assigned by management
Education and Experience:
High School diploma or equivalent preferred
Required Skills:
• Position routinely requires lifting, loading, and "dollying" merchandise 50-300 pounds All skills necessary to effectively perform all functions in the store Good communication and interpersonal relationship skills Strong telephone skills and etiquette Good organizational skills Professional groomed appearance Good driving skills Ability to work schedule of budgeted hours varying from 8AM to 9PM Satisfactory MVR (driving record), D.O.T. physical/certification in states that require it, drug screen, criminal background investigation with job performance reference check and required testing, a valid Driver's License, and compliance with the
Company's Driver Qualification Policy Job Type:
Full-time Pay:
$16.25 - $17.00 per hour
