Position Responsibilities:

Pass required training and become certified to perform Department of Transportation (DOT) drug and alcohol collection/testing Perform various methods of drug, alcohol, and DNA specimen collections for corporate, court order, and individual clients Documenting collections with strict accuracy through written and/or computer based software Conduct mobile specimen collections Provide professional customer services to clients and test donors Safeguard confidential information and maintain privacy standards Available for spontaneous after business hours specimen collections Perform other office responsibilities

Qualifications and Skills:

Experience in drug and breath alcohol collection is a plus Strong attention to detail and ability to follow protocols Self-motivated and independent Strong customer service skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills Multi-task and well organized with strong attention to detail Maintain punctuality and attendance Proven computer experience with Microsoft Office Speak English, Spanish is a plus Valid driver's license required Reliable transportation Clean background and able to pass a drug test Physically able to lift and carry items weighing up to twenty-five pounds
