Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and organized Rental Department Coordinator to join our team! Your enthusiasm and attention to detail will help us deliver outstanding service while maintaining operational excellence. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in a vibrant, fast-paced setting where every day brings new challenges and rewards. Works directly with tenants in analyzing account balances, payment plans and court proceedings. Speaks with tenants and updates owners on a daily basis. Reviews late list and works with our accounting department and our Broker on delinquencies. Pays owners weekly. Responsibilities Assist with Issuing rent increase letters. Receives in all rents to individual tenant accounts. Suggests a payment schedule when needed that benefits customer as well as owner. Handles and follow ups on delinquent accounts, updates Owners. Reviews daily late list and updates working shared report, communicates effectively with team about updates and satisfactions. Post and processes court and possession fillings. Handles tenant issues and reviews accounts daily with Management team Pay Owners and deduct billing accordingly, 3x a week. Appears at all court hearings and sends office announcement of court schedule. Handles and issues non-renewals. Assists with commission disbursement for the office and sends notification. Requirements Room to grow within the company! Numerous opportunities for raises and advancement within the company. Supervisor/Managerial roles available for this position. Paid Holidays and 1 week of paid vacation after 1 year of employment. End of Year, Bonus structure in place.
Starting pay:
$19.00/Hr, 60 day review, potential for a raise with positive review. No Insurance provided at this time, 1 week vacation provided after 1 year employment, employee profit sharing at end of year, based on longevity.
Schedule:
9am-5pm, Monday-Friday rotational Saturday schedule: 8am-3pm.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Solid understanding of basic accounting principles, fair credit practices and collection regulations. Proven ability to calculate post and manage accounting figures and financial records. Data entry skills along with customer service skills and negotiations when dealing with the public. Proficiency in English, MS Office, High degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
