The Borough of Olyphant will be accepting applications for one (1) seasonal/part time position of employment with the Olyphant Department of Public Works; all applicants must be at least eighteen (18) years of age; general hours of employment are 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, 8 hour shift with ½ hour unpaid lunch, 40 hours per week; Monday through Fridays; hours of employment may vary in order to perform certain collection duties; wage rate available upon request; duties of this position require a full range of physical motion and certain labor skills in the performance of the required duties which are set forth and will be distributed with the employment application; the employment application may be obtained at the Olyphant Borough Building, 113 Willow Avenue, Olyphant PA 18447, Mondays through Fridays, holidays excluded between the hours of 8:30AM to 4:30PM in order to be considered for this position applications should be submitted by 4:30 , October 30, 2026 at the Municipal Building; upon review of all submitted applications interviews of some or all of the applicants may be scheduled at the discretion of the interviewing officials appointed by the Borough; the Borough of Olyphant is an Equal Opportunity Employer and all Qualified applicants will receive equal consideration without regard to Race, Color, Religion, Creed, Ancestry, National Origin or Sexual Orientation.
