We work with healthcare providers and government agencies (including Clerks of Court). If you know how to deliver clear communication, follow strict compliance, and convert conversations into payments, we want you! You'll handle inbound/outbound calls, follow FDCPA guidelines, assist with payment plans, and meet performance targets tied to call time, conversions, and overall collection KPIs. Ideal Candidate Experienced in medical or government collections Understands FDCPA (preferred) Bilingual (English/Spanish/Creole) (preferred but not required) Calm, respectful, and able to explain balances professionally Driven to meet performance metrics — not afraid of goals

Compensation & Perks Hourly:
