This associate will receive, and review information received from various sources. Join the NACS team and be part of a company committed to excellence in Revenue Cycle Management and Collection. What You'll Do Monitors the status of delinquent accounts. Initiates collection actions by notifying account holders and cosigners of delinquent status. Records payments made to the customer's account. Investigates disputed balances; where appropriate, corrects errors such as misapplied payments, reversed late charges, direct deposit errors, or overpayments from insurance. Ensures the security of customer files and delinquent account reports. Performs other related duties as required. What We're Looking For High school diploma or equivalent A minimum of one year experience and/or training; or equivalent combination or education and experience required. Knowledge of office software and medical billing software. Physical Requirements Able to work at a computer for extended periods. Occasionally lift up to 15 lbs. Why Join Us?
