This high-impact role offers the opportunity to lead enterprise-wide indirect tax compliance, provide strategic tax guidance, and influence business decisions across a diverse portfolio of companies.
  • Responsibilities
  • As the Senior Manager, Indirect Tax, you will serve as a key advisor on state and local indirect tax matters while leading compliance and risk management activities across multiple jurisdictions.
You will:
+ Interpretandapplycomplextaxregulationsanddetermineappropriatetaxtreatmentfortransactions. + Resolvechallengingtaxissuesanddeveloppracticalriskmitigationstrategies. + Manageresponsestotaxnotices,audits,andregulatoryinquiries. + Provideexpertguidancetofinance,accounting,andoperationalleadersonindirecttaxmatters. + Monitorlegislativeandregulatorychangesandtranslaterequirementsintoactionablebusinessguidance. + Driveprocessimprovements,automationinitiatives,andinternalcontrolenhancements. + Ensureauditreadinessthrougheffectivedocumentationandcompliancepractices. + Supportmergers,acquisitions,andintegrationactivitiesbyassessingindirecttaximplications.
