Job Summary

Grant Aviation is an Alaskan regional air carrier serving rural Alaska since 1971. With bases in Bethel, Emmonak, Dillingham, King Salmon, Cold Bay, Dutch Harbor, Kenai, and Anchorage, Grant Aviation provides scheduled air transport of passengers, cargo, and mail, as well as air ambulance and charter service. Grant Aviation employs approximately 400 people.

POSITION

Ramp Service Agent

Do you desire to:

Assist with customer service issues.

Assist passengers with special needs.

Operate material handling equipment such as forklifts.

Receive, process, store and load or unload cargo.

Process inbound and outbound mail shipments.

Process various reports and computer data input.

Interface with customers in person, by email, or over the phone.

Complete other duties as required by management.

You ideally can:

Interact with customers in a friendly and positive manner.

Perform basic computer functions and operations.

Lift 70 pounds.

Operate telephone, email, and internal based programs.

Operate material handling equipment such as forklifts.

Produce effective verbal and written communication skills.

Use Microsoft Office with ability to learn and master new computer programs.

Work shifts that include nights and weekends.

Pass a 10-year background check and work in the US.
