The position is well suited for an individual who combines deep technical tax knowledge with strong leadership, sound judgment, and the ability to improve processes in a complex global environment.
Responsibilities:

  • Establish and maintain companywide standards for income tax accounting and reporting, with a focus on consistency, internal control effectiveness, and accurate external reporting.
  • Lead tax forecasting and budget activities by evaluating effective tax rate drivers, intercompany transactions, and projected cash tax obligations.
  • Manage tax-related audit activity by coordinating with external auditors, overseeing documentation, and supporting governance and control requirements.
  • Advise regional finance and operational leaders on tax considerations tied to growth plans, strategic decisions, and day-to-day business activities across U.S. and Latin American markets.
  • Oversee direct tax compliance and planning for federal, state, local, and international jurisdictions while monitoring risk exposure and significant tax positions.
  • Guide transfer pricing execution by supporting intercompany pricing frameworks, documentation, controversy matters, and tax aspects of organizational changes.
