Full Job Description Role:
Tax Manager responsible for delivering tax compliance and advisory services to diverse clients, including Fortune 100 companies and emerging businesses.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide expert guidance on corporate taxation, operating partnerships, and tax provisions, including ASC740 calculations and audits. Manage multiple client engagements, building strong client relationships and acting as the primary contact. Lead and oversee teams of tax professionals, ensuring high-quality service delivery and adherence to project budgets. Contribute to market activities and business development initiatives.
Qualifications & Skills:
Minimum five years of recent corporate tax experience in accounting firms, corporations, or law firms. Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution; CPA, EA, or JD/LLM license required or within one year of obtaining one. Experience in managing client portfolios and teams, with proven leadership skills. Fluency in English and Korean, with excellent communication skills to articulate complex tax concepts.
