Job Description
Tax ManagerPosition OverviewSeeking a Tax Manager to lead delivery of high-quality tax compliance, planning, and consulting services for corporate, partnership, trust/estate and high net worth individual clients. The role combines technical tax work (federal, state & local, and international), client relationship management, team supervision, quality control and process improvement. Ideal candidates will have deep experience across passthrough entities, corporate taxation, trust and estate taxation, and advanced proficiency with tax research and software tools.
Key ResponsibilitiesManage and execute federal, state and local tax compliance and return preparation for entities and individuals, including 1040, 1120, 1120S, 1065, 1041, 709, 706 and related schedulesProvide tax planning and structuring advice for high net worth individuals (HNW/HNWI), trusts, estates and family offices, coordinating with wealth advisors and fiduciariesLead partnership and corporate tax engagements including partnership allocations, K-1 review, basis and capital account analysis, passthrough entity planning and review of S-Corp and C-Corp mattersOversee tax provision work (ASC 740) and support tax accounting activities for
