Tax Manager Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage tax compliance, reporting, and filing processes for a diverse portfolio of clients.
- Develop and implement strategic tax planning ideas to help minimize liabilities.
- Analyze complex tax issues, research tax laws, and offer clear recommendations to keep clients ahead.
- Supervise, mentor, and grow a dedicated team of tax professionals.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, making a difference with each strategic tax decision.
Tax Manager Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or a related field.
- Must hold a CPA designation.
- 5+ years of proven experience in public accounting.
- Deep knowledge of federal, state, and local tax regulations.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and client service skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Competitive salary: $120,000 - $160,000.
