International Tax Manager Stamford, Connecticut, United States Apply for this job International Tax Manager We are seeking an International Tax Manager to join a global tax team and support a wide range of international tax matters. This role reports to the Director of International Tax and will have exposure to tax provision, U.S. international compliance, transfer pricing, global tax reporting, and planning initiatives. The ideal candidate will bring 4-6 years of international tax experience , strong technical skills, and the ability to work effectively with finance teams across multiple countries. Key Responsibilities Manage international components of the quarterly and annual ASC 740 tax provision Coordinate U.S. international tax compliance, including Forms 5471, 8858, 8865 and 1118 Prepare/review calculations involving GILTI, FDII, Subpart F, foreign tax credits and Section 163(j) Support and manage OECD Pillar Two calculations, modeling and reporting requirements Coordinate international tax filings and maintain global compliance schedules Oversee transfer pricing documentation , including Local Files, Master Files and Country-by-Country reporting Assist with international tax planning, cash repatriation and intercompany financing Support FATCA, FBAR and other international reporting requirements Improve tax processes, controls, reporting and technology Provide guidance and review support to junior team members Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting required 4-6 years of international tax experience Background in Big 4/public accounting, a multinational corporation, or a combination of both Experience with U.S. international tax modeling and calculations Strong knowledge of international tax compliance and provision work ONESOURCE or similar tax software experience preferred CPA and/or Master's in Taxation is a plus Strong analytical, organizational and communication skills Ability to collaborate with finance and accounting teams internationally Some travel may be required Candidate Profile This opportunity is best suited for an international tax professional who is technically strong but also enjoys working across teams.
